Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Brodski Technologies website at brdsk.com and www.brdsk.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

Brodski Technologies LLC ("Brodski Technologies," "we," "our," or "us") is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

Scope

These Terms apply to your use of the Brodski Technologies website. These Terms do not govern the use of any products, applications, or services that may be developed by Brodski Technologies or its focus areas. Separate end-user license agreements or terms of service will apply to such products when they become available.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Brodski Technologies or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. BRODSKI TECHNOLOGIES MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE SITE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, OR MATERIALS INCLUDED ON THE SITE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, BRODSKI TECHNOLOGIES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, BRODSKI TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL BRODSKI TECHNOLOGIES' TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED FIFTY UNITED STATES DOLLARS (US$50.00).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Brodski Technologies, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
